We hollered at Norway based artist Mack who is pushing his hip-hop hustle in a town called Elverum, not far from the capital city Oslo. Here is what he had to say about his life in music, his journey and crew.
“Yo! At this point right now im working on an album and a mixtape with my crew and band Moments, we are a band that represents different people from different countries, we have a single on most of the music shops online calld Hva Skal Man si, but we are about to release a new single with a video soon, im also working on a solo mixtape, the single for it is also coming soon and im gonna have a video for it, im half Norwegian and half motswana, i was born in G.C but my mom is from Mo Town (Molepolole) i have lived in Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana, but i started rapping when I was living in Zimbabwe, i also know a lot of big names in that music industry, and the producer, founder and band member of Moments is called Hanbeabts(David Berget) from Georgia.
Moments are a multicultural hip hop band from Elverum, Norway. They started out in 2002 as a project of creating an album based on different timelines in music by communicating with different musicians from their hometown, and creating different atmospheres on each song. The band consists of 3 basic crew members and 7 acoustic musicians.
The three guys in the cover picture are HanBeats (David Berget) D Dot (Dennis Osland) and Mack (MartinOsland). And our current single out is called Hva Skal man si (What should i say). We are currently working on an album and mixtape and the new single is coming out soon with a video”.
